Coming up on Gomora this November
A bloody shootout has paralysing consequences for major characters this November in Gomora S2.
When a notorious gangster dies, there’s someone ready and willing to assume their position. It's no different in telenovela Gomora (DStv channel 161) this November as Alexandra Township’s feared gang leader Don is killed in a shootout and the race for his coveted position gets underway. Will it be one of his many henchmen in charge, or will his protégé Ntokozo Dlamini (Ntobeko Sishi) – the same young man who’s responsible for Don’s death – take over?
Either way, the streets of Alex will never be the same as the evening of Don’s murder also results in his rival Mazet (Siphesihle Ndaba) fighting for her life in hospital. And Don’s daughter Sibongile (Nandipa Khubone) sets out to avenge her father’s death.
It's going to be an explosive November.

Melusi makes up his mind
After months of going back and forth and causing his family much heartache, Melusi (Zolisa Xaluva) officially breaks things off with his mistress, Thathi (Katlego Danke), and he returns home to his wife Gladys (Thembi Seete) this November. It’s a little too late for Melusi and his absence has torn his family apart. Gladys is reluctant to welcome him in, and his son Ntokozo has lost respect for Melusi. To complicate matters, Ntokozo shocks his family when he reveals that he is dropping out of school. It’s as if a dark cloud has fallen upon the Dlaminis and their situation continues to worsen as the month unfolds.
Sins of the father
When the going gets tough, Ntokozo turns to crime, which is always followed by deadly consequences. In November, Don takes Ntokozo under his wing only for Ntokozo to betray Don and scheme to murder him. Little does Ntokozo know that Don is 10 steps ahead. And when Don discovers that Ntokozo is conspiring against him, the gangster plots to get Ntokozo first.
Caught in the crossfire
Meanwhile, Ntokozo’s girlfriend, the Bonnie to his Clyde, is worried when he is a no-show. It’s unlike Ntokozo to pull the disappearing act. So Mazet searches for him along with Melusi and Gladys, which leads to Mazet getting caught in the crossfire of a bloody situation.
