We have had it with basic grey and white minimalism. Officially. Thankfully rapper Lil Jon’s home reno show really is fresh as paint. Expect colour and creative design “from the window to the walls”, as Lil Jon joins forces with Anitra Mecadon to break their clients out of that design rut. “When people hear my name, they automatically think… fun! That same energy goes for my designs as well. I don’t love following design trends – I would rather be the trendsetter,” says Lil Jon.

Gordon Ramsay's Future Food Stars Season 1

Gordon Ramsay is in full Satan mode as he turns up the heat under 12 entrepreneurs who think they can crack it in the restaurant business. Gordon is fronting £150,000 (R2,967,799) as an investment so he’s in a picky, picky mood. Contestants will have to run beach shacks at the balmy, idyllic British seaside, forage for ingredients outdoors like a seagull, and face whatever tests of their nerve action man Gordon can devise. RIP, contestants.

Carl Weber's The Black Hamptons Season 1

Pass the prosecco, babes, this is going to be good! This 4-part BET original drama series based on Carl Weber’s best-selling novel of the same name pits 2 Sag Harbor families against one another. The old-money Brittons (including Vanessa Bell Caloway as matriarch Carolyn Britton) and the upstart Johnsons (headed by Lamman Rucker as CEO Anthony Johnson), who made their fortune in a tech start-up, both have their eyes on a new piece of property up for grabs. Compromise is for cowards, and these black diamonds can cut throats as easily as they cut glass.
