Instead, customers can now schedule an appointment online at their own convenience and subsequently visit the site for prompt assistance.

What makes the process quick with the DStv Express Pass is that the agents will know the purpose of each customer’s visit and they will manage the issue at first contact at the Customer Experience Centres.
The centers are available in Randburg, Polokwane, Cape Town, Durban, Umhlanga, and Durban Central.
