This week’s movies on DStv are filled with that fighting spirit.

A woman brings her mixed martial arts club back from the brink of failure in the KIX (DStv channel 114) movie MMA Diva.

The Halloween night thriller Unhinged sees actor Russell Crowe channel his inner psychopath as a man who believes he has the right to use violence, murder and intimidation to teach a woman who cuts him off in traffic a lesson.

And Showmax brings a different kind of fighting spirit to the fore in the biopic Stronger, about 2013 Boston Bombing survivor Jeff Bauman.
