Who is going to be supporting fibre if I have a query? Do I contact you or Openserve?
Although installation is done by the Openserve teams, all support for fibre and FLTE services are through DStv. You can contact us using any of the options currently available to our customers. Our support teams are available 7am – 11pm daily.
