What's the cancellation fee?

There is a 7-day cooling off period during which you can cancel your order without incurring any cancellation fees. If you cancel your order prior to activation of your deal, you may be liable for actual expenses incurred resulting from the order, from the date of order to the date of cancellation.

From day 8, cancellation fees apply if you cancel within the first 22 months of your contract.

On fibre deals there is a cancellation fee of R180, plus R1500 for installation as well as settlement costs for any hardware included in your deal.

On FLTE deals, data used in the cool off period is charged for. Accumulated or unused data will be forfeited and where hardware is included, there will be a settlement cost.
