What happens if I don't make payment?

Fibre packages are disconnected 5 days after non-payment. The line will be frozen and may take 48 hours to be reinstated once payment has been made. A reconnection fee of R50 is payable to reconnect services.
The contract is deemed to be cancelled 30 days after non-payment, which will result in cancellation fees. Reconnection after this point, requires a new contract to be taken up.

FLTE data will not be made available, however, you may continue using your rollover data for up to 60 days.
Should your SIM card not be used for 90 days in total, your SIM card will be blocked and a new one will be required.
