Delivery of hardware is dependent on your location, if you’re in a major metro area, it should be within 3 days. Our courier team will SMS you with an expected delivery date as well as a reference number and link for you to track your order.

If you take up fibre (which requires installation), installation (which is done by Openserve) can take up to a month, based on your location and availability of their teams. Delivery and installation do not take place on the same day.
