How will I know if my Showmax subscription was successfully added to my DStv account?
You’ll be notified of a successful change in payment method, and you will be able to see a Showmax card on your MyDStv dashboard on the website and the MyDStv App. You will also be advised of a failed addition via the Showax page (where you make the request). If adding Showmax to your DStv account fails, we recommend you contact DStv to check your DStv account status.
