Payments are made easy with DStv Self Service. Login now!

You can pay for your own subscription or help others pay for their DStv subscription. You just need to enter the details of the person you want to pay for, verify the account and that you are paying the correct amount.

We have multiple payment options you can use to pay or reconnect your DStv account, such as MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order or you can visit our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store to top-up.

1. Dial *150# and press the call button
2. Select option 6 – Payment
3. Select option 4 – TV
4. Select option 1 – DStv
5. Insert the DStv card number
6. Select the package
7. Add your PIN and confirm the transaction
8. Wait for a confirmation via SMS

Top-Up

1. Go to the closest TopUp store to you. Remember to take your decoder number

2. Tell the agent you would like to pay for your DStv or Box Office account

3. The agent will ask you for your DStv card number and the package you wish to pay for

4. Confirm your name, surname and DStv card number with the agent

5. Make the payment

6. You will receive a receipt for your payment

7. Confirm that all information is correct on the receipt before leaving the shop

2. Tell the agent you would like to pay for your DStv /GOtv or Box Office account

3. The agent will ask you for your DStv card number and the package you wish to pay for, or the payment amount regarding Box Office

4. Confirm your name, surname and DStv card number with the agent

5. Make the payment

6. You will receive a receipt for your payment
