As we head into the final days of Big Brother Naija, the female friendships in the house have gone through so many twists and turns. From day one until now, Anita, Nelly, Onyeka, Victoria, and Wanni have been navigating everything from tight alliances to unexpected drama. Now, with the top eight finalists locked in, it’s fun to look at how their relationships have evolved – and let’s just say, there’s been no shortage of surprises!
Anita and Nelly: The unbreakable duo
Anita and Nelly came into the house together, and let’s be honest – they’ve been glued at the hip since day one, even dating friends. No matter what’s gone down in the house, these two have kept their bond rock solid. While other friendships shifted or faded, Anita and Nelly have been each other’s constant. In a house where things change faster than Biggie’s twists, it’s been refreshing to see them stick together through it all.
Onyeka: The social butterfly
Onyeka entered the house alongside her sister, Chizoba, but she wasn’t about to limit herself to just one bond. She quickly made connections all around the house, especially with the guys. Her bubbly personality made it easy for her to mix with everyone, but her friendships with the women have been a bit more complicated, especially with Victoria.
Initially, Onyeka and Victoria got on well, but things went south after Ozee came into the picture. The tension between them only worsened when Agents DRC (Damilola, Chinwe, and Rhuthee) returned to the house. While Onyeka was happy to see them back at first, she quickly switched sides when she realised they were bringing some toxic vibes. It’s been an emotional ride, but Onyeka has proven she can roll with the punches, forming new bonds as others crumble.
Watch the house gist about the agents:
Victoria: From friendship to solitude
Victoria’s journey has been one of the most emotional. She entered the house with a male companion but formed a strong friendship with Kassia after some time. They were practically inseparable, until Kassia’s eviction. Losing her close friend left Victoria feeling isolated, and while she welcomed the return of Agents DRC, it further strained her relationship with the other ladies.
Wanni: Finding her place
Wanni came in with her sister Handi, and after Handi’s eviction, she dubbed herself a “social butterfly,” ready to connect with whoever was left. She briefly clicked with Kassia and Victoria, but things changed once Agents DRC entered the house.
While Kassia and Victoria were thrilled to see the agents, Wanni kept her distance. However, as the numbers in the house dwindled, Wanni found herself bonding with Anita and Onyeka. The trio even shared some nostalgic moments, like playing a childhood game together, proving that sometimes it just takes fewer people and a little more time to form genuine connections.
Watch Kassia questioning Victoria's friendship with Ozee:
Final week vibes: A sisterhood?
Now that the competition is less about surviving eviction and more about enjoying the final week, the vibe among the women feels more relaxed. Anita, Onyeka, and Wanni have found a fun, easy-going bond, sharing laughs and lighter moments. Meanwhile, Victoria has chosen to focus on herself, enjoying her solitude while still having Ozee as her go-to.
Could it be that with less pressure, they’re all able to connect more naturally? Whatever the reason, it’s heartwarming to see the ladies come together in a healthier and more positive way. They’ve come a long way from their first days in the house, and whether they’ve stuck with their original friends or made new ones along the way, one thing is for sure: they’ve all shown just how strong female connections can be.
Let’s see how this sisterhood holds up as we head to the grand finale!
