Luyando in Zuba
Luyando had a rude awakening when he discovered he was about to become a young father of twins. No-one could have prepared the teenager for the turn his life was about to take, especially with his mother doing her best to fight his fate on his behalf. With McKayla's parents demanding that he take responsibility for his actions, and the whole family involved, Luyando now faces a big decision that will affect the rest of his life. At such a young age, we have been impressed by the support he has given to the mother of his unborn child, going with her for check-ups. We can only watch Zuba every Monday to Wednesday at 20:00 and see what Luyando's next step will be in his journey to fatherhood.
Joshua's unwavering fatherly support
Despite the unfortunate turn of events when he returned home from prison, Joshua not only had to fight to win back the love of his wife and child, but he also had to quickly step up and become Luyando's shoulder to lean on. There has never been a time when Joshua's voice of reason was needed more in his household, now that he is about to become a grandfather to Luyando's child. Joshua has stepped up and vowed to always be there for Luyando during this time. Hats off to the first of the Sosala sons!
Mutale Mwanza's fatherly uncle
Fathers come in many different forms and we have seen this in Mutale's uncle who she visited and spent time with in South Africa. We all have and love this uncle who has a wealth of historical knowledge to share and treats you like one of his own children. It was such a precious moment when he gathered family members in Johannesburg to celebrate Huncho's success in the Mutale Mwanza Unscripted reality TV show.
Honourable mention from Mpali
Nguzu had been away from the farm at the most inconvenient time, leaving his family to learn and fend for themselves away from this leadership. During this time, under Lindiwe's leadership, they managed to fight off Domino's hostile takeover, saving many lives and the farm. It was an opportunity for Nguzu to see if his family had what it took to protect their own. In other shocking news, Shadreck recently received a wake-up call with Tamara's surprise pregnancy news, which seems to have brightened his life.
