Batte
Batte is a hardworking man who plies his trade as a tailor in the local factory. He married the love of his life when he was 19 years old and together, they had their daughter Sanyu. Once a happy and content man, everything changed when Batte lost his wife and Sanyu lost a mother. He remarried and though he has kept his promises to his new wife Nalweyiso Esther and the children they have together, the spark that he once had has gone missing and he has turned into a quiet and reserved man. Family and family honour mean everything to him and he is a strong believer in right versus wrong. Batte’s entire focus is on his children and he hopes they turn out to be humble, honest, and dependable people.
