Kanseeme on the other hand, is nominated in the ‘Best Unscripted Original’ award, while Popi – our hilarious new addition to the Pearl Magic family, could snatch up the accolade for ‘Best Original Comedy Series’. All the talent both in front of camera and behind the scenes on these shows, have put their hearts and souls into their craft, and now they need your votes to make their dreams a reality.

Trying to Vote but are not receiving an OTP code? It may be that your phone is on a ‘Do Not Disturb’ (DND) facility and this could be blocking your registration OTP. When your phone number is on DND, it means communication from third-party providers is restricted. Here are steps to help you unsubscribe from a DND list.
How to Unsubscribe from DND Lists:
1. Contact your service provider to find out if you are on a DND list
2. If you are, ask them for instructions on how to unsubscribe from the DND list
How to check your SMS settings:
1. Make sure to check your SMS settings to ensure that you can receive promotional messaging.
2. Sometimes the OTP gets stuck in transit so you can also try switching your phone off and back on.
3. Lastly, the network could be congested so if you're still not seeing an OTP, wait 5 minutes and try again.
4. You can also try and put your sim card in a different handset to see if the message comes through.
5. Check that your phone memory is not full. You may need to delete some older messages for the message to come through.
