It is no secret that not everyone likes Jasmine, and she has learnt to be okay with that. What she never anticipated was an obsessive colleague.
Clinton's idea of love is keeping the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with tied up in her room, giving her just enough food so that she does not die, and cutting all contact with the outside world.
As a creative at Prestige, Clinton feared that Jasmine would never look at him any other way except as a work colleague. So, he took matters into his own hands and forced his love onto Jasmine.
His interpretation of love is different from what the rest know it to be. His twisted version of love means getting rid of everyone trying to look for Jasmine.
Mutumba found out the hard way when he followed Clinton to Jasmine's house and found her in a helpless state. If only his cell phone had not rung while he was hiding in the closet, he could have been the hero who saved Jasmine from Clinton.
Unfortunately, now he is in the same boat; but the only difference is that Clinton has no feelings, nor does he see a future with him.
The question remains, what will he do now that Mutumba knows about his secret? Will he get rid of him?
Clinton is only a creative at Prestige, so there is no way he can pay off Mutumba for his silence. Will he kill both and pull off an “if I can't have you, no one can” on Jasmine?
