Nomfundo’s stuck in a love limbo with her married baby daddy, Njengaye Dlamini. She’s itching to take things further, but he’s hesitant. Enter Mxolisi Xaba, played by Muzi Mthabela – a widower looking for new love, and he’s got his eyes set on Nomfundo. Mxolisi isn’t afraid to throw down if it means getting what he wants and he is about to face off with Njengaye!
Meanwhile, Phetheni’s mother, Nengelosi Nolwazi Shange (brought to life by the iconic Thembi Mtshali-Jones), is stepping into the fray. Their fractured relationship has Nengelosi determined to remind Phetheni of her past and open old wounds. She’s plotting her comeback by sliding back into her life with ulterior motives.
