Alice and Themba
Themba liked Alice, the minute he laid eyes on her that day at the bus stop, but it took Alice quite some time to fall for him.
When she finally did, Themba asked his family to approach her family in order to begin the lobola negotiations. Alice’s family wasn’t too keen about that fact that the couple had planned to marry because they had high hopes for her. They wanted her to finish her studies and start her own business.
Luckily, Themba was very supportive of her dreams and Alice was able to pursue her studies after they got married. She is now a proud owner of a nursery school.
