In a heated exchenged between the couple, Nkosazana blew some steam about Donga’s partriarchal expectations of her dress code. She called her fiancé out for attempting to dictate what she wears to the gym, leading to an intense back and forth that led to a bitter outcome.

While Khathazile is still trying to wrap her head around Nkosazana being a part of her marriage, Donga comes in with documents to divorce her in order to set things right for the polygamy he is preparing himself for.

Khathazile is still struggling to understand what Donga wanted outside that he wasn't getting at home and after trying to change herself she finds out that Donga wants to take Nkosazana as his second wife.

Donga is coming in hot with demands while Nomsa and Nqubeko experience loss once again.

Now that Donga's affair is out in the open, Khathazile has taken it upon herself to plan a party for him in order to expose him while also inviting Musa Mseleku to be part of the mix since her husband clearly wants another wife.

Khathazile took it upon herself to invite Nkosazana to their housewarming but it doesn't end well when Donga struggles to keep his hands to himself and gets caught by Didi.

It is looking very chaotic.

Fakazile has turned a corner and decided that she is tired of all the fighting and wants to put it all behind. They have spoken and are now starting to come from a peaceful place and work things out.

Donga has now gotten to a point of lying to Khatha and hiding behind work only for him to go to Nkosazana at night to confess how he's been thinking about her all the time.

Donga's luck took a turn when he finally got his money after winning his case and now that Mshengu is struggling, he pleads with him to invest in Shaba Snacks but that comes with an unfortunate answer.

Angry at the fact that Fakazile has been putting on a fight to get back the money that Khwezi loaned to his father, Mshengu speaks to the workers and pins everything that has happened on Fakazile and causes them to attack her.

Now that Donga knows the truth and suing the department in order to get his money, he quickly realises that he doesn't need to settle for less because he deserves so much more and Mshengu gets served once again.

Mshengu's secret of making sure that Donga doesn't succeed is now out and now Sbusiso confronts him but it doesn't end well when he switches up and threatens to turn his world upside down too if he won't listen to his instructions.

Some are on the up and up while others struggle to stay afloat.

Fakazile dropped a bomb when she said that her son is in fact Thuthuka's and left the whole family in shock but after fighting to get a DNA test, it has come out with no doubt that Nqubeko is actually the father of her son.

Now that Fakazile has given birth, the fights have started regarding her not wanting the Shabalalas to be part of her son't life but it doesn't stop there because she went and said that Thuthuka is actually the father.

It has been a crazy ride since Fakazile became Nqubeko's second wife and now that they have broken up, Nomusa is trying hard to keep her marriage standing but while Puseletso and Fakazile laugh at her efforts, aunty comes in and shuts it down with some wise words.

The Shabalala makotis have a sit-down to try and cheer Puseletso up but her pain is just too deep. She is coming to the realisation that it's really over and she now has to live without Ndumiso.
