Yes, M-Net Local Entertainment Channels have announced Mzansi Magic’s The Queen and 1Magic’s Lingashoni, final seasons are ending in 2023.
When will the last episodes of each telenovela be flighted?
The Queen finale will be aired on Friday 13 January 2023 at 21h00 on Mzansi Magic. Lingashoni’s finale will be aired on 16 March 2023 at 21h30 on 1Magic.
What will replace both shows once they’re no longer airing?
The M-Net Local Entertainment Channels are dedicated to bringing viewers the freshest local content and will continue to uphold this commitment. 2023 programming is currently under review and new content will be announced in due course.
Why are the shows being cancelled? Is it true that they are being canned because of poor ratings?
