Mzansi Wethu is pleased to announce that Ubizo season 4 and Ingane Yam season 3 will be returning to channel 163 this April.

Starting on Saturday 15 April at 20:30 is Ubizo, hosted by the gifted medium Lloyd Radebe, who lives out his calling by bridging the divide between the spirit world and those he is helping.

This new season will see an exciting new addition to the team: Radebe’s fiancée, Zama Mbuyazi. A healer herself, she will feature in all episodes and share her gift as and when needed, becoming a pivotal part of the Ubizo family.

“We’re pleased to have another season of Ubizo on the content slate,” says Shirley Adonisi, director of local entertainment channels at M-Net. “It’s a show that has consistently performed well with viewers, and that doesn’t only refer to the numbers, but has also translated into how much audiences engage with it. It’s a series that has uniquely South African stories and perspectives, something Mzansi Wethu has become known for.

“The Saturday reality slot is an important one for Mzansi Wethu and DStv Access. Strengthening it with excellent and relatable content ensures that it continues to cement its popularity with our subscribers.”

While season 4 of Ubizo sees a slight variation to the dynamic viewers are used to, at its core it is still the show audiences love and enjoy. Each week, we will watch as Radebe brings messages of healing from the beyond to the people he meets, as he tries to unblock what is limiting their potential. It’s as emotive as it gets.

Returning for a third season on Mzansi Wethu is Ingane Yam. Hosted by the reality star and entrepreneur Nonkanyiso 'LaConco' Conco, the show tells stories of partners who would like to reveal their illegitimate children to families or spouses. Viewers will be taken on a journey of self-exploration as they delve into the everyday life of ordinary characters and their stories. Emotionally driven, it will expose the truth behind why parents hide their illegitimate children and what led them to make these decisions.

Don’t miss the premiere of Ubizo season 4 on Saturday 15 April at 20:30 and season 3 of Ingane Yam on Sunday 16 April at 19:30 exclusively on Mzansi Wethu (DStv Channel 163).
