Donga uses deceptive tactics and blind sides Khathazile into the unthinkable. Khathazile confronts Nkosazana about her role in her marriage. Nomsa’s actions sends everyone running in different directions.

Nomsa is going through the most and everyone thinks she needs a professional intervention. Khathazile laments how Shabalala wives are treated and how the family sits back to watch the women perish for their husband’s sake.

Donga proposes to Khathazile that they have a trial-run for how their new arrangement will work. Nomsa is back home with Nqubeko, they endeavour to heal together. Fakazile goes cold on her new love, cautioned by Makazi’s words.
