I cannot imagine the thrill of actually receiving a medal on the biggest sporting stage in the world. [/caption]

[caption id="attachment_15020" align="aligncenter" width="620"] This is the closest I'll ever get to getting a medal - listening to Tyrone describe the feeling when he received this bronze for shotput gave me chills.[/caption]

[caption id="attachment_15013" align="aligncenter" width="465"] What an incredible honour to have a Rio 2016 Paralympic medal around my neck. The amount of sacrifice, discipline and dedication needed to earn one of these is indescribable.[/caption]
