It’s crunch time in the kitchen this week on My Kitchen Rules SA with "Cooked Sisters" Jessica and Nicole, the final team to cook before elimination. They’ll need to better Mark and Mbali’s score of 58/100 to ensure they get into the Challenge Round by doing something the Durban duo also tried to do – share their heritage with the other contestants.

Cooking from a recipe book hand-written by their avó (grandmother), the sisters put a modern twist on traditional Madeiran cuisine – acutely aware that J’Something shares their heritage and knows the flavours well.
