Directed by Andy Serkis, and starring Tom Hardy, Woody Harrelson, and Michelle Williams, what's not to love about this American superhero movie?
Here are five reasons why you will love your Sunday night movie, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, as much as we do – if not more.
Less is more
With Venom: Let There Be Carnage only 90 minutes long, every second counts. The movie successfully focuses on the plot and the main characters, Eddie Brock and Venom, the alien symbiote.
Highly entertaining
From Eddie engaging in an intense conversation with a voice in his head to Venom raising pet chickens, Venom: Let There Be Carnage is entertaining.
Captivating fight scenes
The fight choreography is incredibly captivating. Whenever Venom and Carnage meet in a raging battle, the scenes become a treat for the eyes.
Bromance in a hopeless place
As much as Venom forcefully inhabits Eddie's body, the two eventually develop a genuine connection. He becomes Eddie’s biggest supporter and even encourages him to reconcile with his ex, Anne (Michelle Williams).
An escapist fantasy
As crazy as this may sound, Venom gives us an escapist fantasy where we are allowed to not be "normal".
