Theyโ€™ve seen it all: gunshots, stab injuries, motor vehicle trauma, and bodies too decomposed to identify. Itโ€™s a thankless job, processing and cleaning the deceased. But in the never-ending cycle of violence in South Africa, itโ€™s the men and women working in state morgues, who provide police with the first clues that help solve heinous crimes and get many victims back to their families for burial.
