The remaining six My Kitchen Rules SA teams fight for their place in the competition this week by preparing restaurant-quality food that celebrates South Africa – and incredible Nederburg wine – to be blind-judged by an esteemed panel of judges.

Despite being kindly mentored by chef and author Karen Dudley, there’s still time for Waven to experience another moment with a sharp knife, a debate about using alcohol in a dish by a duo who don’t drink it, and a chilli-laden gravy nearly blows a judge’s head off.

My Kitchen Rules SA – come for the food, stay for the drama.

My Kitchen Rules SA is produced by Picture Tree and proudly sponsored by Nederburg. The series is available on DStv Premium on M-Net (Channel 101) every Sunday at 18:00, as well as live-streamed on the DStv App, and is also available on DStv Catch Up after broadcast.
