Daniel Baron, the muso behind The Bachelor South Africa's theme song Different Feeling, has recorded a brand new piano version of his song and released a music video.

Baron's song is inspired by meeting someone new and feeling something you’ve never felt before. The extra special acoustic version was recorded at his home. Check it out below.

Having written and recorded the song ten years ago, its current use as the theme song for The Bachelor SA inspired him to write the new version.“When I was recording this new version of the song I got goosebumps, because I realised how timeless music can be. Recording it ten years later felt surreal, and I also felt like I could hit the high notes with more power this time around."

His fiancée Juanita filmed him singing the song at their Jo'burg home for the music video. The phone battery went flat in the middle of the video shoot, which is the reason behind the sudden sunset.

Juanita also served as inspiration for the song Speed of Light, which Baron sang on The Bachelor SA during Marc and Bridget's one-on-one. Watch the moment below.
