People may have called it “the birds and the bees”, but let’s call it what it is: sex. Let’s talk about sex. It was the theme for the latest episode of Single Wives SA and although the ladies felt a bit awkward initially, they soon eased into the process.

That was in part thanks to a visit from Catriona Boffard. She’s an accredited clinical sexologist and psychotherapist, promoting positive sexual education and conversation. And she has a podcast too now, called asking for a friend.  We ripped that bio straight from her Instagram account, which we absolutely fell in love with.
