Research shows that as many as 90,000 girls between 12 and 17 years old in rural South Africa, are being forced into marriage with older men. Likening it to abduction and kidnapping, the Commission on Gender Equality says this should be outlawed, but the perpetrators argue that itโs an age old tradition. Carte Blanche investigates.
