How to vote on Love Island SA:
Voting takes place on mobile, web and the MyDStv app only. Voting on the MyDStv app is limited to DStv subscribers only. To vote for your favourite couple or islander, you’ll need to register on M-Net’s Love Island SA website.
PLEASE NOTE: You will also be able to affect what happens in the villa via polls on the website and mobile site ONLY. In order to participate in the polls, you will also need to be registered. You only get ONE selection per poll.
Registering on M-Net’s Love Island SA website or mobile site:
- Navigate to M-Net’s Love Island SA website.
- Click on the Vote menu item, then click on Register and enter your details in the appropriate fields – NB: your cell phone number should be in the international format eg. +27731234567
- Once you’ve entered your preferred password, you will receive an OTP (One Time Pin) via SMS
- Enter your OTP and you’re registered to be able to vote!
Voting on the Love Island SA website or mobile site if you’re a registered voter:
- You may vote for your favourite Couple/Islander via the M-Net website then click on the Vote menu item
- Click Sign in, enter your cell phone number in the international format eg. +27731234567, then enter your chosen password
- Select your favourite couple or islander, enter your number of votes and cast your vote by clicking VOTE
- Votes on the website and mobile site are limited to 100 votes per user
- Website votes are free, but data costs may apply

- You get an additional 100 votes on the MyDStv app! PLEASE NOTE: This app is distinct from the DStv app
- Download the MyDStv app from the Google Play Store here or the Apple App Store here
- Look for the vote banner in the Manage section of the app
- Click on the banner and follow the instructions to cast your vote
- You must be a DStv subscriber to receive your 100 free app votes
