Viewers should buckle in for serious action and adventure because Magnum PI and SWAT are returning for their fifth and sixth seasons respectively, and they're bringing all the heat. Magnum PIÂ will premiere on Friday 13 October at 19:00 and SWATÂ will premiere on Wednesday 25 October at 20:00.
Magnum PI has been a crowd-pleaser since its kick-off in 2018. A reboot of the iconic '80s show, it follows Thomas Magnum (Javier Manuel "Jay" Hernandez), a decorated former Navy SEAL who heads to Hawai'i to work as a private investigator. With the help of his friends and fellow veterans, Magnum takes on the island's most challenging cases, from high-stakes corporate espionage to complex murder investigations.
In this fifth and final season, Magnum and his team will be facing off against new challenges, including a mysterious serial killer and a corrupt defense contractor. They’ll also be dealing with personal issues, such as Magnum's growing relationship with Higgins and TC's struggle with PTSD.
Magnum mega facts:

SWAT follows the men and women of the Los Angeles Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics team. Led by Sergeant Daniel "Hondo" Harrelson (Shemar Moore), a lifelong Angeleno and decorated LAPD officer, the SWAT team is tasked with handling the city's most dangerous and high-stakes situations. Like Magnum PI, SWAT is a reboot. It’s based on the original 1975 TV series and 2003 movie of the same name.
