Common reasons for this error
This is a temporary message shown while verifying your subscription.
Suggested fix
If this error does not clear itself within 30 seconds then switch off the power to your decoder at the plug point, take out the smartcard, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth to clean any dust or smudges, and put it back into the slot with the chip facing downwards.
You can then switch on the power and start up the decoder.
If this doesn’t help, take your decoder and Smartcard to your nearest DStv Service Centre or Agency, and they’ll test it for you.
