MultiChoice wins big at PROMAX
Our channels, campaigns and partner agencies emerged victorious at the elite industry awards.
MultiChoice brands and campaigns including SuperSport, M-Net and Showmax were the biggest winners at last night’s 2023 PROMAX Africa Awards, walking away with an impressive 36 accolades – 19 Gold and 18 Silver.
Some of the award-winning campaigns included the Stronger Together promo in support of the now four-time Rugby World Cup-winning Springboks, and the Piracy Untells Our Stories campaign (which took home four Gold and two Silver, respectively).
Two SuperSport campaigns, Here for Her and Here for Every Fan won both the Gold and Silver in the Best Sports Promo category. Showmax walked away with Silver for Marketing Team of the Year.
DStv agencies who were the biggest winners of the night were T&W with 10 wins; Birthmark with nine and Studio Zoo with seven (the latter also walked off with a Silver for Creative Team of the Year).
Now in their 18th year, the awards recognise excellence in creative and innovative marketing campaigns for television, radio, and digital media on the African continent.
