Celebrate Easter with special shows on 1Gospel, Dumisa, TBN and History on DStv from 15-18 April
The Easter weekend is a time of solemn reflection ending in an outpouring of joy and hope. And from Good Friday on 15 April, until Easter Sunday on 17 April and the Monday, 18 April public holiday, you and your family will be able to join this celebration of faith with people and churches around the world.
DStv channels 1Gospel (DStv Channel 331), TBN (DStv Channel 343) and Dumisa (DStv Channel 340) have compiled special programmes to lead us in prayer and song, packed with bible stories for special reflection. And History (DStv Channel 186) is filling the Easter Weekend with documentaries on the Crucifixion, the experience of faith, and a deep study of the Bible, the Commandments and their importance throughout history.
No matter where you are or who you’re with, get swept up in the spirit as DStv brings the light of worship into your home this Easter.
Easter with TBN
TBN (DStv Channel 343) is the largest Christian Television Network in the world. And this Easter, they’re leading us in prayer and song with beautiful music and Bible readings. Especially look out for the Risen King Easter Special on Sunday, 17 April, which brings us a musical journey through Christ’s last days on earth; His crucifixion and death, culminating in the joy of resurrection. And the Global Easter Celebration on Sunday, 17 April, which brings us more music and celebration. The Easter programming will continue with resurrection specials and more until Monday, 25 April.
