A channel (or selection of channels) not normally available on your package will be opened to you for a period. We call these “Open Windows”.
There may be an additional charge to view these channels during the period, however you will only be charged on acceptance of the offer.
Open Windows are linked to a subscription. If you have more than one subscription on the qualifying package and only one Open Window has been made available to you, you will need to select the subscription to which the Open Window must be allocated. If you do not have more than one subscription on the qualifying package, the Open Window is automatically allocated.
The channels in the Open Window are subject to change without notice.
If a channel in an Open Window becomes unavailable for any reason, no substitutions will be made.
The duration of the Open Window period is subject to change without notice.
The Open Window will be forfeited if the subscription is disconnected during the Open Window period.
If XtraView is active on the subscription to which the Open Window is applied, the channels will be opened on all linked decoders.
The channels included in the Open Window may be limited to a device and/or to streaming vs broadcast and/or to live tv viewing only (ie.it will not necessarily include the addition of content to Catch Up).
The channels available in the Open Window will automatically be closed at the end of the period, unless options to retain the channels (including costs) have been communicated and put in place.
