How can I cancel my DStv Package/Service?
We’d be sad to see you go but you can schedule a disconnection which will take effect on your next payment date. Go to My Products on the website and select the package you would like to manage. Look for the Disconnect icon and schedule your disconnection.
You can also do this on the MyDStv App and via WhatsApp.
Should you wish to reconnect your services you can do so via the same digital platforms.
