I would like to upgrade my package for the holiday home – how do I do that?
If you are choosing to turn off your DStv at home and switch your package over to your holiday home decoder during your time away then you will need to make sure that you upgrade your package on your home decoder before you do the switch.
You’ll need to do this because we take your current package from your home decoder and move it over to your holiday home decoder for a temporary period and we don’t adjust your billing for that time, this means that you won’t be able to upgrade your package during the time it is swapped over.
If you reconnect your holiday home decoder and keep DStv on at your home while you are away, then you can use any of our Self Service channels to upgrade your package after you have reconnected.
