I’m at my holiday home and my decoder is not working even though I activated it. What do I do now?
Your decoder needs to be switched on with your smartcard inserted for us to be able to turn on your DStv. Once you have switched on your decoder it can take up to 20 minutes for the signal to come through from our Satellite so, please be patient.
If you are seeing an E16 you can easily clear the error code via the MyDStv app or any one of our support channels.
