What changes are being made to streaming from 1 August?
Our customers are getting MORE, with the option to add up to two mobile streams* (mobile only and only applicable in countries where available) to their subscription!
- For our streaming only customers, we're adding more payment options - making take up easier. Debit and credit cards are no longer the only way to pay your subscription, you can also use instant EFT, Snapscan, Masterpass and more.
- Our streaming brand is getting an update – welcome to DStv Stream! Marketing will focus on Premium, Compact and Access (you can however still sign up to any of our 6 packages).
Over on our app, we have some exciting updates too:
- For sport lovers, it’s the feature you've been waiting for! You can now select from isiZulu, Portuguese, Afrikaans or the original English commentary (available languages may vary per event). This feature is available on selected live events, and exclusive to our SuperSport channels.
- We’ve also made changes to our home page, with a focus on more personalised recommendations and content based on your viewing - making it easier for you to find something to watch. To find content in a specific genre – head on over to our new home pages for our different genres. Keep an eye out for ongoing updates - we're always working on our app to keep it both fresh and focussed on your needs.
