DStv Funeral Cover

A DStv Family Funeral Policy will cover you and 5 additional family members (Spouse & Children) up to R50 000. There is also an extended family option that will cover you and 9 additional family members (Spouse, Children & Extended Family). You will receive the cash pay-out in the unfortunate event of your loved ones’ passing to help you with the family funeral arrangements. Your beneficiary will receive a cash pay-out in the unfortunate event of your passing. 

DStv Subscription Waiver 

A DStv Subscription Waiver Insurance policy allows you to give your loved ones 12 or 24 months prepaid DStv in the unfortunate event of your passing at no cost to them. You can choose a DStv Premium, Compact Plus, Compact, Family or Access subscription waiver policy. You can also include DStv internet in your policy. 

DStv Debt Waiver 

DStv Debt Waiver Insurance covers your outstanding DStv hardware and installation payment plan debt in the unfortunate event of your passing, becoming temporarily or permanently disabled or becoming unable to earn an income after the activation of the policy. 

DStv Device Insurance 

DStv Device Insurance covers your device for wear and tear, technical, mechanical or electrical malfunctions. It also covers the total loss of your device due to fire, lightning, flood, explosions, theft and attempted theft. A device from our service stock of the same or similar type will be provided to you in the event of a claim. 

DStv Device Care Plan (DCP)

The DCP covers your device and installation for wear and tear, technical, mechanical or electrical malfunctions. It also covers the total loss of your device and installation due to fire, lightning, flood, explosions, theft and attempted theft. No need to go to the DStv branch as we will send the installer right to your home when you face device or installation challenges. DStv will also reward you with a Free device of the same or similar type after every 36 months without a claim.
