When you request assistance for yourself or a loved one, we will call you immediately to confirm details and then dispatch help from Namola Watch, Emergency Services or Private Response*.
*Private response is part of the Namola Plus service on which DStv customers get a discounted rate.

Save when you add a Namola Plus subscription to your DStv bill
- Download the Namola App
- Tap the DStv customer button
- Follow the prompts – you’ll need your DStv customer number to get your saving.
Get your customer number from:- WhatsApp - send "What is my customer number?" to 060 060 3788 or
- MyDStv app - select “Manage” – it’s listed at the top of the screen
- Complete your profile and select the Namola Plus plan that suits you
- Tap “Ok” to add Namola Plus to your DStv bill
