Add it on MyDStv
Register and login to MyDStv, add your Mobile Stream using "Extra stream" under your subscription and you're done!
Buy a Mobile Stream- Go to DStv.com (this website)
- Select "MyDStv" from the main nav bar
- You may need to login or register
- Select your active subscription (this is the one to which the new extra Mobile Stream will be added)
- Click "+ Add" on the extra Mobile Stream banner and follow the prompts
- If you already have a Mobile Stream and wish to add another, select "Manage Streams"
Just WhatsApp it
Add an extra Mobile Stream quickly and easily by sending "Mobile Stream" to 060 060 3788 on WhatsApp.
Open WhatsAppIf you haven't already simply say "Hello" to us on WhatApp on (060 060 3788) on your mobile or desktop.
- First time users may have to login
- Then follow tap on or type in "Main menu"
- Select "Manage"
- Select "Link Package"
- Choose the account using the your Smartcard number
- Choose the "DStv Streaming only" option
- Confirm the amount and you're all done!
Use the MyDStv App
You can use the MyDStv Mobile App to manage your products and setup your extra Mobile Stream.
Get our AppDownload and login to the MyDStv App
- Select the "Manage" tab from the bottom
- Select "My Products"
- Locate the active subscription (this is the one, to which the new extra Mobile Stream will be added) and tap on "Manage"
- Select either "Link Add on Packages " or "Link Packages"
- Select "DStv Streaming Mobile only" and follow the prompts
