Payments are made easy with DStv Self Service. Login now!

You can pay for your own subscription or help others pay for their DStv subscription. You just need to enter the details of the person you want to pay for, verify the account and that you are paying the correct amount.

We have multiple payment options you can use to pay or reconnect your DStv account, such as MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order or you can visit our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store to top-up.

Standard Bank

DStv customers can pay for their subscriptions via EFT, following these easy steps:

FNB

You can now use mobile banking to conveniently pay for your DStv subscription with FNB cellphone banking.

Step 1 - Dial *130*321# on your cellphone
Enter your 5 digit PIN to access your account
Step 2 - Select the ‘’buy’’ option
Followed by the ‘’PayTV’’ option
Step 3 - Enter SmartCard number, Customer details and amount due will appear
Make desired payment

Always ensure that your decoder is switched on and your Smartcard is inserted when you make a payment for your DStv subscription.

5. Choose the bouquet type
6. Enter your DStv account number
7. Enter the amount
8. Confirm the transaction by entering your MTN Mobile Money PIN
9. Receive an SMS notification
