This error typically occurs due to a connection issue, where the decoder is unable to receive a signal. This can be due to loose cable connections or misalignment of the satellite dish.
Suggested fix
To fix this error, please switch of your decoder. Check that the cables from the satellite dish are tightly connected to the correct inputs on the back of the decoder, then switch it back on. If the error remains, chat to an agent for help in clearing the error.
