MTF is at the forefront of Africa’s film and TV industry growth, with academies in 14 countries. Since 2018, it has trained over 360 filmmakers, produced more than 370 films, and awarded over 390 bursaries. MTF collaborates with institutions like the New York Film Academy to provide students with opportunities for internships and mentorships. Its alumni have excelled in international film festivals and high-profile campaigns.

AMVCA winners for Best Indigenous Series Award, showcasing their storytelling excellence through their company, Nostalgia Media.

Eric Okyerefo, Chioma Paul-Dike, and Igho Avuiroevarie:

Co-founders of Recce Solutions (location scouting) and Filmmakers Mart (funding platform), raising over $500,000 and launching RollPay, a groundbreaking film industry payment solution.

Cathy Zulu:

Produced My Horror Love Story and contributed to award-winning shows like Mpali, championing Zambian content.

Emmanuel Mwape:

Silver Lining nominated for AMVCA, with his documentary Metals selected for a prestigious festival in Morocco. He also leads the Zambia Short Film Festival.

Habtamu Sefiw Mekonen:
