DStv offers a wide range of language options, including English original, Swahili, Ki-Swahili, Amharic, Pidgin, Twi, Luganda and Portuguese, while DStv Stream allows viewers to watch their favourite football live anywhere, any time.
Round 21 of the Premier League will be completed this weekend, starting out on the afternoon of Saturday 20 January with a London derby between Arsenal and Crystal Palace. The Gunners have lost their last two league matches (at the hands of capital city teams West Ham United and Fulham) but manager Mikel Arteta insists there is “no panic”.
“It's about trying to do more, do better and win games," said the Spaniard. “If the team plays like this, they are going to win lots of games.”
Saturday evening sees Brentford host Nottingham Forest, while Sunday’s two clashes pit Sheffield United against West Ham United, as well as Liverpool facing a tricky trip to the south coast to take on Bournemouth.
The Reds are working hard to remain competitive across all competitions this season, according to captain Virgil van Dijk: “This is the kind of challenge that you accept when you join a club like Liverpool. If you win a trophy, you then have to focus on the next one.
“Win most of your games and you have to work out how you can improve in order to win more. Put yourself in a good position and you have to work even harder so that you can put yourself in an even better one. This is why you can never get carried away.”
The round closes out on the evening of Monday 22 January with Brighton & Hove Albion hosting Wolverhampton Wanderers. Wolves attacker Pablo Sarabia says they need to keep up their recent high standards of performance.
“It's been very good [Wolves’ recent form] and I'm proud that I've been able to achieve that, because it's very important for me that I can help the team, whether that is with assists or by scoring goals,” said Sarabia. “But I only think about the team and all I want to do is help the team to win points.”
SuperSport is the only place where you can get English commentary on the legendary La Liga, where Barcelona’s visit to Estadio Benito Villamarin to face Real Betis early on Sunday night is the pick of matches.
Barca are fighting to remain relevant in the title picture, while Betis are trying to finish in the top six and secure European football for next season.
“This year Barça begins to celebrate 125 years of history with more strength than ever, with an encouraging and exciting present and future that we want to share with all the members and fans with the new Espai Barça, the stage of dreams where all our sports will have a place, the football, basketball, handball, hockey, futsal and amateur sports, which represent the daily life of our essences,” said Barcelona president Joan Laporta.
Real Madrid, who have positioned themselves as the favourites to win the title, will be in action late on Sunday afternoon when they host Almeria – as Los Blancos continue to be inspired by the brilliance of midfielder Jude Bellingham.
“Great players, great moments are always associated with great titles. And you want to add to that story,” said the English player. “Not many players have the opportunity to play for such a big club. You have to be at a certain level in terms of quality and mentality, and being given that responsibility seems like a great privilege to me.
"Every day I come I try to work hard to be the best possible. The goal when you come to Real Madrid is to win all the trophies several times, it is really the expectation. Great players, great moments are always associated with great titles. And you want to add to that story.”
The round also features Atletico Madrid visiting Granada, Valencia hosting Athletic Bilbao, Celta Vigo tackling Real Sociedad, Girona looking to continue their fairytale season with a clash at home to Sevilla, and Monday’s round-closer sees Villarreal welcome Mallorca to Estadio de la Ceramica.
This round of Serie A matches has been reduced to just six fixtures, with the balance of four clashes to be played from mid to late February. The focus for now will fall on Juventus’ trip to Stadio Comunale Via del Mare to face Lecce in the late kick-off on Sunday 21 January, as the Bianconeri look to take advantage of title rivals Internazionale being inactive.
“Remaining attached to Inter is part of [Juve manager] Massimiliano Allegri's masterpiece,” said former Nerazzurri coach Andrea Stramaccioni. "The feeling of Inter's performance is that the three points they score are always full three, while those of Juventus often come with great suffering.”
The weekend’s action opens on the evening of Saturday 20 January with Roma hosting Verona, followed by AC Milan visiting Udinese.
Roma manager Jose Mourinho believes he and his team are not being recognised for the good work they are doing this season: “I think people should talk about Roma with respect for all that we are doing. The staff, the players, the work we are doing with the difficulties we have is remarkable,” said the Portuguese tactician.
Meanwhile, Milan star Rafael Leao has rejected the notion that he is set to leave the Rossoneri: “There is nothing better than playing at home, especially in a place like San Siro. It's difficult to express it in words, I don't think the feeling I feel can be described with just one word. The fans are fantastic, I hope they never change because we need them.”
Sunday, aside from the Lecce v Juve match, also sees Frosinone host Cagliari, and strugglers Empoli and Salernitana will tackle Monza and Genoa respectively.
