DStv is thrilled to announce the launch of “Where the Game Never Ends” gamification functionality on the MyDStv mobile apps, and on the USSD platform from Wednesday, 19 October to Friday, 18 December 2022.

The gamification functionality brings our customers exciting football-related games that customers will enjoy in anticipation of the World Cup matches that will be broadcast Live on our DStv platforms across our markets.

Prizes are up for grabs to customers that play these games – Users will gain points by either playing games or making payments for reconnections or upgrades. Customers will win daily prizes and eventually the grand prize, which is a fully paid travel voucher worth USD 15,000. They can look forward to earning and accumulating 1000 points to unlock the Spin the wheel functionality on the apps. This feature allows customers to unlock their daily prizes and get an opportunity to enter the lucky draw for the grand prize.   

Customers that spin the wheel are eligible to win the below Prizes (Terms & Conditions apply):

• Daily country-specific vouchers
• Entries into the main draw for the grand prize
• Earning more points will allow customers to potentially get enough points to qualify to spin the wheel again (App only)
• Extra spin

The Gamification features will be available to DStv customers in Angola, Botswana, Ghana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
