This error appears when your smartcard and subscription are undergoing a validation process, which typically takes a few minutes to complete.
Suggested fix
During this time, it's important not to change channels or press any buttons on your remote control. If the message doesn’t clear within 5 minutes, you can address this issue by using the 'Fix error' feature on DStv's online Self Service channels to clear the error and complete the validation process.
Important: Your error code may take up to 15 minutes to clear.
