Born Ivo Manuel Lemus, but known to his many followers as Cabo Snoop got his first taste of the entertainment scene as a member of the dance group The Crazy Boyz. He joined Dr. Fu Hochi’s The Power House label as a technical assistant and it was through working here that he got the nickname Cabo Snoop. “Cabo” - because the record label is a producer with a military regime “Snoop” - because he is skinny and tall like Snoop Dogg.

The 21 year old has always had a love for Kuduro, Hip Hop, R & B, Break Dance and House music. His first recorded song was titled “Warap entaum”. Pleased with the results producer I.V.M Beatz conceived “Windeck” and asked Cabo to lay vocals on the catchy tune. The track catapulted the young artist into the mainstream music industry. This saw the release of his debut album titled Bluetooth as well as a DVD titled Email. Despite gracing both local and international stages Cabo remains humble and has been quoted in media reports saying “I thank God first for everything, my CEO Dr. Hochi Fu, my Producer I.V.M Beatz and all of you who make me be ... One Love!”
