Black Coffee, Laduma & Nelson Makamo's big venture

"Our Mothers and our Ancestors are gonna be proud this Project," that was the caption Black Coffee used when he posted a picture of himself a month ago standing with fashion designer Laduma of the MaXhosa label and contemporary artist, Nelson Makamo.
At the time, few knew what this powerful proclamation meant but it was only a matter of waiting a short while for Black Coffee to list the veil. This Wednesday the DJ took to his Instagram account to announce that he and his two fellow creatives had come together to launch an academy for the arts.

Name the F.A.M Academy, short for Fashion, Art and Music, the project seeks to educate and empower young individuals who are talented in the respective fields. Speaking on the music aspect, Black Coffee explained, "...if you get admitted as a student you also receive a Recording Contract and you'll be taught about Music, Branding and Social Media, Music Business and more."
Paired with the internationally acclaimed Laduma and the revered, Nelson Makamo, there opportunities will be clearly endless for the fortunate individuals who get to attend the academy.

F.A.M Academy Fashion Art and Music Academy is a new project we are embarking on.Our goal is to build an Academy for talented youth on these 3 professions.We want to create Jobs for the Students straight out of the Academy....for Music if you get admitted as a student you also receive a Recording Contract and you'll be taught about Music,Branding and Social Media,Music Business and more...2nd Year you release you 1st Single then on Final year you work on your Album and launch it at your Final Recital.We currently looking for premises for this Project.....We gonna be raising Funds for this project in every part of the World where we have footprint as Artists starting from here at Home. This is not for us but for the Future Generations. We gonna need any kind of assistance with this Project. Foxes have holes....Birds have Nests....Children of Africa have nothing.
